Another rumor floating about is the chance of a new mob in 1.7. Basically, post your thoughts below about what kind of mob you want it to be-friendly, hostile, boss, pet, etc.- and its characteristics. How many hearts of damage, where it resides, how its created, what it looks like, etc. Personally I'd love the zombie giant to be a regular mob -but with a buff- or a bandit. It is round is desert biomes and is attracted to gold armor and tools. If you get on its radar, which would be further than most others, he will attack you and can wear your armor if you die (much like zombies). It resides in a new bandit shack which is much like a witch hut but has a chest with a relatively small amount of gold items, maybe an apple or an ingot. I would imagine it to wear one of those weird white desert hats with white robes to start off with and maybe a bit of gold bling here and there:).

hmm i would make a shadow boss.He only spawns in very dark areas.Such as caves or the nether.He cannot be made and he should be the figure of a zombie but blackened and shadowy.And everyone once in a while you can't hit him and he flies into the air and shoots little spawn eggs at you and spawns mini shadows.Once you kill him a black chest will appear and there will be a shadow sword with power V fire aspect iv looting 3 and sharpness IV with bones and other random stuff.Trick part to get the sword though.If you die when you fight him,you cannot come back for another two in real life days.And when you defeat it,you can't find another for 3 in real life days.And the loot is always random.The sword is only 1 in 400.And if you dig below the chest there is a crypt,where you can open the coffins and loot it.But sometimes mini shadows will pop out of them.And if you find the last big coffin there will be a Shadow (not a mini or a boss)that you have to fight to loot the coffin.His loot is also random but his coffin will sometimes hold diamonds,bones,or chainmail armor.That is what the next mob boss should be.
