Ok so I can play on any other server without anything bad happening. I see Nocraft with its connection decent. I get on. Safe for about 2 seconds and then it just crashes. It happens on 2 of my launchers and its not my computer or internet.

OMG i think i found out how to fix it. When i logged in for those 2 safe seconds i /spawn'd and i didnt crash, but when i/back'd it crashed instantly! Im thinking its just something in a particular area that does this so Ronnie if you are reading this try /spawning when you get on.
