Questions I have so far:
1. When claiming territory how far along the y axis does the claim go? Do I have to build up to one corner, and dig down to the other?
2. Also about claiming territory, What happens to the animals on your land? I haven't found too many animals yet, but once they are on your land, would it still be possible for other players to slaughter them and/or lure them out?
3. Is there a limit to the server, or can I just go into the nether, travel somewhere far away, and find fresh ground to start a new life on?
4. The first thing you asked of me was what can I build. I have an idea, other than a house that is, but I'm open to suggestions, What would you like me to contribute to your fine server?
5. Actually, I haven't been able to connect to the server last night. This might be the REAL noob question. What does this error mean?

1. Claiming (to the best of my knowledge, this is a slight grey area for me) extends infinitely up from where you claim, and some down (10, 20ish blocks down?). This allows players to mine below other's houses without interuption. To extend a claim underground you must physically dig down inside of the claim. If you want your claim to extend all the way down to bedrock, dig all the way down to bed rock.
2. Animals on your land are (sort of) protected from slaughter by others. McMMO abilities seem to bypass GriefPrevention's protection of the animals. Animals can be lead out of your claim (or wander out) by others, so keep them inside a fence (fence gates are protected from non/trust'ed players) or in 2 block deep holes.
3. No limit on the server as far as how far out you go. Feel free to traverse the nether and settle far away! That said super exploring (spending hours traveling in one direction) is frowned upon, as it creates chunks of the world which causes our world size to grow. We automatically keep backups of the server everyday incase something goes wrong, and it will only keep 5gbs worth, so when thats reached it deletes the oldest back up. The larger the file size the less we can keep backed up.
4. If its in your imagination and it's not a dirt (or any material) winky, feel free to build!
5. We're currently experiencing a connection issue with our server hoster, somethings not working right and will hopefully be resolved soon.

How can I obtain a larger area to build on?
The /help command says to use /buyclaimblocks, but that feature is disabled on this server.
Is it just based on seniority or something?

You will gain claim blocks automatically as you play, or your can donate at www.no-craft.com/donate.html and get 1,000 claim blocks for every dollar |

love all the server, but i wanna know, why haven't you BAN people? i've only seen TEMP BANS, which i'm cool with, going back to when a called neracus... nevermind, anyways, why haven't you? tommi and caze are REALLY BAD and REALLY ANNOYING. tommi likely uses x-ray, like when i was mining with him and he just so happened to dig down in the right spot to find diamonds, some redstone, and other ores. coincidence? i think not! and he's been in big trouble before to. hes been ban for longer times then i could allow if i were a p90 (even though i am NOT a admin, op or even a moderator)

The thing about Tommi is that he doesn't ACTUALLY try using Xray and stuff. He was on TS with me and Tom, and literally told us that he was downloading an xray mod and was going to livestream him using it.
He isn't as rude and annoying once you get to know him though. Really I just think he needs to filter himself, with things he does and says and a lot more people would like him.

Why can't I use Minechat on the pixelmon server, I tried but it won't log on, it keeps saying "Unable to connect to server, operation has timed out"

That's because its a pixelmon server, its a mod and minechat does not support mods
