My fellow Admins, Moderators, and Owners

Considering what has happened to me in the past week, I have decided to step down as admin of this server and relinquish the titles, power, and privileges that come with this name.
The most recent reason for this action was the addition of a new admin.
This reason was just the tip of the iceberg, other reasons include keeping me in the dark about new subject like multiple server restarts, the walls map, the pvp map, and not including me in the staff roster until a couple of weeks ago (this includes the permissions like vanishing, tp, and tphere/ the physical list of staff) even though I was on the second tier of power in the server.
So I am asking the existing/new staff of this server to help p90nub with his communication skills. Even though I don't like how some things are run by him, the server is one of the best I have been on.
I would like for the server I help start to continue prospering and growing. The only way to do that is through all of you. So please become a personal and more friendly group, because the staff past, present, and future is what makes this server so great.

You weren't consulted on aspects of the server because it's not your server. You rarely played anyways, not like anyone knew who you were. If you played any at all you would have known about the PvP map and the Walls map because they were discussed *with the entire server* before they were put in place. Since you came back there were multiple complaints from players about your attitude and lack of friendliness (which I find ironic your wishing of the staff to become more friendly). If you contributed anything to the server at all I might have cared about your opinion on things, but since you didn't, I didn't. Check your post count. You have three posts. You played other servers anyways. Me, Hannah, and Scott will miss you on the server, but the players and the rest of the staff never knew you enough to miss you. Being in a leadership position isn't about the power or permissions you have, or how in the know you are, but how you interact with and help the people you're in charge of, not how in charge you can be.

Charlie, yes. We will miss you on the server. But yes, Mitch is right. You were gone for a few months; there was no way to tell you about a restart. I wasn't asked about the walls or the PVP map. Why? Because, like you, I had a span where I just didn't get on. I don't care man. It's Mitchell's server.
And if anyone has a right to be pissed, it's ME, because I pay EVERY month for this server. Yeah, most of the times I'm late, but heck, I still pay. Granted, I wish I had more of an opinion. BUT WHO DOESN'T.
I do agree our server was a bit understaffed. We have that taken care of. I may not like it. No one will ever agree one hundred percent. That will be the end of the world when we do. I hate to see a friend leave, but what are we to do. "If you love something, you will let it free."

I'm sorry for everyone's hurt feelings.

The only three times I remember that I did that to someone was the time someone griefed a player and the said player came to me asking me to check the logs. As an Admin (with no permissions) I can't so I referred him to you. He wasn't very happy about that. The other time was when I sided with a person who killed three people and was labeled as a hacker. He was never proven guilty and as we know as Americans, innocent until proven guilty. Now I started talking to you about the permissions was when those three people asked me to help them with griefers and hackers. About the pestering of the permissions, I don't remember much about the beginning of the server but you promised me to have all the permissions done because as I said multiple times some things you can't solve without help. Last but not least my apparent absence from the server. If you check the logs from last week and the week before that and when I got back from work. I was on almost every single day and having nothing to help the server like building, spectating, or problem solving I would immediately get off. Also being off the server is not as different as being afk. Both concludes that you are AWAY from the keyboad and not playing the game. When people needed an owner or an admin I couldn't help them and you wouldn't help them becuase you where AWAY from the game. I don't know who you were talking to but you should know as a Drum Major every decision will make friends and enemies.

I promised Scott that I would try to keep it away from Charles v. Mitch so could you please take some of my advise for once in your life.

I can also say that I have some fault here to. Maybe in the future staff needs to be told when there are complaints about them. It help them plan for the future and refine there speech skills on the internet.

People choose to be more careful of the things they do when a staff member is online, especially the owner, regardless of afk status, because I can easily fake being afk. 2/3 of the time I admit I'm afk, but even then I play a good 2 hours a day *not* afk. None of this makes sense. I was talking to you if that wasn't apparent by you being the only other person in the conversation (until Hannah chipped in, after the message was already posted mind you). If you promised Scott you wouldn't make it a Charles v. Mitch then why is every single one of your points in this message and the previous one solely against me? Nice try. I can't take advise from you if there is none, please restate any advice you gave me throughout this, because I can't seem to find it.

It might help your points to think before you type.
