No they're not, Supr you initiated alot of these. You could have gone about your Minecraft day and just kept working, if they killed you don't fight back, just keep recording. You firejetted up to them and punched them, then they would retaliate with their annoying killing. You wern't just blindly killed without reason, you were inciting them. Can't take action if you're causing your own killings. I actually did not firejet up and punch them. I firejeted up there and looked at them, and they started hitting me if I got close. But next time you want me to just sit there and let them kill me? That is downright ridiculous. I thought mabey if I killed them enough times that mabey they would go away. And you can obviously see in the video that they were killing me because plasma wanted his head back. So no, I wasn't killed for no reason. but they weren't going to stop until I either gave it back or logged off. And the whole thing wasn't fun at all, so just sitting there and trying to work while they are contantly killing me would have been even less fun. And I don't know about you, but I play minecraft because it is fun. Last time I had an issue, you told me you had no evidence so you couldn't do anything. That was fine at the time. But now you have evidence and you still aren't going to do anything. THE RULE IS THAT YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO KILL SOMEONE AFTER THEY HAVE SAID STOP! They did not once ever say for me to stop killing them. I DID! But they don't follow the rules and they don't get punished for it? The one complaint that I do have about this server is that you do not take enough action when things like this occur. |

And I don't think you understand that they had been killing me for about 5 minutes before I started recording. So I really wasn't egging them on until I realized that they weren't going to stop anytime soon. And you can tell that I wasn't killing them before the recording because I firejet up their and I do NOT hit them. It is only until they starting killing me like crazy that I started fighting back.

So I have 15 minutes of proof... but just because im missing 5 you do completely nothing about anything? You can ask mcnoob, nofacenocase97... whoever the heck was on at 10:11 last night. idk. But I am really getting tired of being messed with and nothing is ever done about it.

Think of it this way, what if Tommi told me you followed him around everywhere he went and killed him? Obviously you have much more credibility than him, but, if I banned without proof I'd have to ban you based soley on his word. Not fair, is it?

And If my mission was to just get people banned for no reason, I would go find another server with careless operators and I wouldn't have donated a ton of money to it.

Obviously you have much more credibility than him, but, if I banned without proof I'd have to ban you based soley on his word. Not fair, is it? But you have proof. I don't get how you don't think that is ample proof? 15 sole minutes of me being harassed by a group of people. Constantly being killed for no reason. I don't even care if you ban them or anything at this point. I just would like to know WHAT IS PROOF?! |

I wasn't there when this happened, but you should know that there was no reason Tommi and Emp were killing him. They have done this to me countless times. I think something needs to be done about this. They were apparently killing him for 20+ minutes, which, I think, is unacceptable in any situation. |

Proof would be you going about your minecraft day as I have stated many times and them killing you totally unprovoked. Punching them then them killing you does not count as proof of unrightful killing |

Well then look at the first minute of the video! I go up to them, look at them, I do not hit them! They kill me! It happens twice in this video! "oh look people at my house let me go up to them and greet them!" "NofaceNocase97 was killed by Mrsquiggles96"
Is that not what you do when someone approaches your house? Id say that is a regular minecraft day to me!
Edit: UNTIL I GET fornicateING KILLED OVER AND OVER AND OVER AFTER I HAVE SAID STOP!
