Here's the difference. One of the staff members is the owner. The rest of them are the staff. There's alot of people that would do alot of things differently than me if they were the owner. The issue is they're not the owner and I am. I take input from staff and players and often implement the ideas, but ultimately it is my ideas and ideals that the server is run by. Hence me being the owner. Every server has an owner that makes the final decisions.
