I was banned by N***** (his name escapes me) because I found his Pigman Farm in the Neather. He marked the territory, and he did put up a DO NOT ENTER sign. Out of sheer curiosity (Because we all have it sometimes) I build up to see what exactly it was a bit away (Because I didn't know what it was at first) and saw it was a pigman farm. Now, because the area was marked, I could not mess with it (which I wasn't going to), but to get a ban for sheer curiosity is just plain unfair. I like this server, and there are not many like it, but rules like this are outrageous. Since I am also newer, a warning to let me know not to do it again would have been effective, but this is just mean. The only thing i admit was a wrong doing on my part was leaving up the dirt tower i built to see, which I would have gladly taken down without a seconds heartbeat. So I'm just asking for a repeal of this ban and maybe a warning. This is not an effective way to convince people to stay on the server.

The signs warned of a ban for those who entered. You entered, collected drops, and then lied saying all you did was look. LogBlock and your chests both prove that you collected items from the spawner you were not allowed to enter. The reason for the "outrageous" rule is that players other than Neracus can not be allowed in, or else they would collect Gold and sell it to the spawn shop. Neracus has given me his word he would not sell the gold, rather use it as a building material. As a Mod I trust him fully. Right now Gold is extremely high priced to encourage miners who put effort into making money. If players use a Pigman farm for the gold and sell it the price would have to be nerfed to a low price like farming items were. It's for the best of the other players that people don't have access to the farm. "a warning to let me know not to do it again" You were issued warnings, they were on the signs. Rules are rules and you have to adhere to them. You'll get off your ban when the time's up.
